*** Update 11/24/08: The latest issue of 8 Lug magazine just came out (the December issue) and on page 56 is the feature of my truck! This site has pictures much older than the ones in the magazine however a few things have changed since the magazine article was written. To date my best HP numbers have been 660 RWPH and 1,490 RWTQ. I have put over 6,000 miles on the truck over the summer and with tuning I have gotten a best of 19 MPG in mixed driving. My average mileage has been 17. I have swapped the gears (front and rear) from 4.30 go 3.73 which helped mileage and quarter mile times. My best quarter mile to date is 13.6 but I am confident with a bit more tuning I will get it into the 12's on just fuel (no nitrous or propane) but with water/methanol injection.

2/18/08 - The swap is moving fast. There are a few big things remaining but the engine turns over, most of the wiring is done, and all the fluids are installed! Pictures below take a tour from driver side to passenger side with some close ups on the turbo and exhaust.
